Zenuray is dedicated to providing you with the best customer experience and part of this equation is with our shipping policy. We work diligently to make sure your product is handled, processed, and delivered with love and care.

Processing Time

From the date of your order, please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. If there are any problems or delays with your order, we’ll communicate with you at our earliest opportunity.

Estimated Shipping Time

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and other countries worldwide.

Our estimated shipping times are:
USA: 6-12 days
Worldwide: 6-12 days

Shipping Costs

We have two shipping options, free and standard shipping for $4.99.

We typically use USPS, but may use other carriers when necessary.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If we ever encounter a situation where we cannot deliver your product, we will notify you via email at our earliest convenience. Please understand that international orders may be subject to other customs and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Tracking Number

When you make an order, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Using this tracking number, you can see where your package is by heading to the “Track Your Order” page of our website. If you do not receive your tracking number, please email our support team at info@zenuray.com and we’ll help you out.

Cancellations

You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order, otherwise, we cannot cancel the order. 

Shipping Notice

Due to the volatile nature of the shipping industry, there may be unexpected delays with shipping. The shipping times listed above are estimates and specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

Refunds

If the customer receives a product that is heavily damaged or destroyed, we can offer a refund within 30 days.

However, please note that our team inspects each and every product for quality before shipping it out. We may ask for you to send pictures to our team. Please contact support at info@zenuray.com to get help with this. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if our product is intentionally destroyed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if we send you a wrong or incomplete order, please contact our support team and we’ll get you situated.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the package must be unopened and in its original packaging.
